We investigated whether there was a difference in content according to the part of the vegetables. The dried vegetables (0.5g) were digested with nitric acid and with hydrogen peroxide acid in a resolution device As a result, about 9 elements were successfully determined. The values of the coefficient of variance for part interval by each vegetable was high. The part of a leaf with a spinach, compareatively had many each elements and it was found that elements were included most in the part of the Japanese radish which people are apt to usually throw away. this thinks that a difference by the farm influences it.}, pages = {121--123}, title = {融合結合プラズマ発光分析法によるキャベツ、ほうれん草、大根の部位別元素含有量}, volume = {48}, year = {2011} }
