During her career,Kito started out at Jissen Higher Specialized School and subsequently progressed to Jissen Women'sUniversity Library, Keio University Department of Library Sciences, and International Christian UniversityLibrary, and then she became the Director of ICU Library. In the interviews, she was questioned on suchtopics as marriage, birth and work, full open stacks and signs, and UTLAS and university education.},
