However, it is confirmed that compared to men, women are shouldering too much burden. Development of laws has been being advanced mostly by the government in order to improve the situation, but they are not enough for lifelong career development from the long-term perspective. It is concluded that a new career course based on general clerical work is needed in order to fundamentally solve the problem.},
