These data were input into a cloud-based artificial intelligence “supervised”machine-learning system that scored the texts’ “quality of content” at four levels （1-4）.Subsequently, 106 writing tests for the required English course in Academic Year 2023 were scored; the agreement rate between the automated scoring system and the teacher’s evaluation was 49.1%（ R = 0.600**）.
