Narratives were analyzed using the SCAT（Steps for Coding and Theorization）to determine what children’s hall staff thought about the current situation and future of the children's halls and their staff. The children’s hall staff intentionally used social work techniques to provide support and that they practiced a social work process from intake to monitoring. In particular, continuous monitoring of low-risk cases that do not require emergency interventions may be highly effective. The strengths and challenges of social work centers with the characteristics of children’s halls were identified.
