| 内容記述 | This paper examines the application of ChatGPT as a tool for enhancing students’ English onversation skills in a classroom setting. To begin this process, I asked first-year students at a Japanese university to write original paragraphs on simple topics. Students transformed these into two-person dialogues at a CEFR B1 level using ChatGPT. These dialogues offered students opportunities for vocabulary acquisition, conversational practice, and peer interaction. After completing three cycles of this activity, students completed a survey. Results suggest that, with some caveats, they regard ChatGPT as a useful tool for enhancing language skills. | |||||
