| 内容記述 | This study analyzes loanword rewriting data from 27 articles in a Plain Japanese project for women’s magazine web content, examining（1）factors influencing retention and rewriting decisions, and（2）characteristics of judgments made by non-specialist students. The original texts contained 367 loanword types（1,082 tokens）, while the Plain Japanese versions contained 249 types（908 tokens）, with retention rates of 67.8% and 83.9%, respectively. Results showed that beginner-level words increased approximately 1.3-1.5 times, while intermediate and advanced words decreased by 20-30%. Regarding semantic fields, abstract and conceptual words（retention rate below 60%）were more likely to be rewritten, while concrete words related to food and housing tended to be retained. Four alternative expression patterns were identified, with word-level substitution and annotation being most frequently selected. Students demonstrated the ability to make judgments without explicit loanword- related criteria, though approximately 30% of their work required supervisory correction, particularly for abstract words requiring professional support. | |||||

| 内容記述 | 本研究は、女性誌 Web 記事のやさしい日本語化プロジェクトにおけるカタカナ語の書き換えデータ（27 記事）を分析し、（1）カタカナ語の保持・書き換え判断に影響する要因、（2）日本語教育を専門としない学生による判断の特徴、を明らかにすることを目的とした。原文では外来語が異なり 367 語、延べ 1,082 語であったのに対し、やさしい日本語版では異なり 249 語、延べ908 語となり、残存率はそれぞれ 67.8%、83.9% であった。分析の結果、初級レベルの語は約 1.3〜1.5 倍に増加し、中級レベル以上の語は 2〜3 割減少していた。意味分野別では、抽象的・概念的な語（残存率 60% 未満）は書き換えられやすく、食料・住居など具体的な語は保持されやすい傾向が認められた。代替表現は 4 パターンに分類され、単語レベルの置き換えと注による対応が多く選択された。学生はカタカナ語に関する明示的な基準がない状況でも一定程度の判断を行えたが、監修での修正を要したのは全体の約 3 割であり、特に抽象語の判断には専門的支援が必要であった。 | |||||
