We performed multiple regression analyses to identify the factors influencing sense of coherence scores. We could confirm that both the resilience and regulatory focus scores had statistically significant positive effects on the sense of coherence score. However, we could not find a statistically significant effect for leadership self-efficacy on the sense of coherence score. This study is the first attempt to test sense of coherence relationships.
