The author especially focuses on the differences between the old type teacher guidance and new type teacher guidance to students' misbehavior and considers relevance with the tide of modern society. In a single liner education system, the students are given the choice of entirely accepting the rules and managements of the school or refusing them. As much as the gap of this both becomes big, a problem appears. The author suggests that based on a concrete understanding of a modern capitalistic society, a teacher should guide such students; 1) to act in accordance with principles of the modern society, and 2) to be socialized to make up their developmental stage by promoting mutual understandings with families, friends and adults surrounding them. Furthermore, the author looks into how the society can consider and take steps to juvenile delinquency, bullying and non-attendance to school.}, pages = {13--20}, title = {生徒指導の現状と課題について : どのようにして非行、いじめ、不登校を解決していくか}, volume = {45}, year = {2008} }
