| 内容記述 | 生涯学習の必要性が認識されるようになって四半世紀が経過したが、その定着は道半ばである。学校教育を含む形での生涯学習が注目される今日、現在の日本で生涯学習の法的基礎となっている社会教育法において、生涯学習の前身といえる社会教育がどのように考えられていたかを改めて考察することは意義がある。本稿は、社会教育法案の国会での審議において、社会教育がどのように議論されていたかを検討するものである。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | A quarter century has passed since the need for lifelong learning had been recognized,nevertheless, it hasn’t completely estabished yet. As the lifelong including the form of school education draws attention, it is significant to review how the social education, the predecessor of lifelong learning was considered in the Social Education Act that is legal basis of lifelong learning currently in Japan. This report, I consider how social education was discussed in Diet deliberation on Social Education bill. | |||||
