| 内容記述 | 現在、様々な保育施設が存在し、保育の質の低下が問題となっている。各保育施設に任されることの多かった保育評価について改善が求められている。こういった状況の中、2019 年に告示された幼稚園教育要領・保育所保育指針・認定こども園教育・保育要領において「幼児期の終わりまでに育ってほしい姿（10 の姿）」が示された。保育施設では、「10 の姿」の利用に悩む声も聞く。 そこで、本研究では、保育者に、「10 の姿」の利用と課題についてのアンケートを取った。その結果、若手保育者は「保育をふり返る具体的な視点ができてよかった」と述べていた。しかし、ベテラン保育者は、課題を感じており、活用の仕方を模索していた。そこで、活用時における必須要件を3 つ提案した。自由記述との併用、保育者の関わりに着目した保育評価との併用、保育者たちによる相互評価である。 |

| 内容記述 | Various child-care facilities exist, and a decline of the quality of the childcare becomes the problem now. Improvement is demanded about the childcare evaluation that was often left to each child-care facility. In such situation, "a figure which wanted to bring up by the infant end(10 figures)" was shown in ,Course of study for Kindergarten, Nursery school childcare guidance, Course of study for certified center for early childhood education and care point notified in 2019. In the child-care facilities, I hear the voice to be troubled with the use of "10 figures". Therefore, in this study, I took the questionnaire about the use and the problem of "10 figures" to childminders. As a result, the young childminders stated, "it was good to have a concrete viewpoint to look back on childcare". However, the expert childminders felt a problem. And they are groping for a way of the use. Therefore I suggested three required requirements at the time of the utilization. They are the combination with the free description, the combination with the childcare evaluation that paid its attention to the relation of the childminder, mutual evaluations by childminders. |
