| 内容記述 | ファミリー・グループ・カンファレンス(FGC)は1989年NZで開発された。このFGCは、要養護児童の処遇を決定する上で、家族参画が最も具現化されたシステムとして、オセアニア、ヨーロッパ、北米、アジアの一部の国などから注目され、導入されている。そこで、わが国への導入に向けて、NZでの現状と課題を把握した結果、FGCの開催を法的に位置づけること、財源を確保すること、司法との連携が重要であることが明らかになった。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | Family group conference(FGC) was introduced by NZ in 1989. This FGC has been introduced as a system from which the family participation is made embodiments most in Oceania, Europe, and North America in deciding the ill-treated child's measures. It has been understood that it provides for FGC from current situations and issues of NZ to the law, and fiscal resources are secured, and cooperation with administration of justice is important. | |||||
