| 内容記述 | 短期大学英語必修授業で前期・後期を通じて実施した3 回のライティングテスト162 名分を習熟度別に比較分析した結果，どの習熟度のグループにおいても，多くの項目で統計的に有意に改善していることが明らかになった。特定の文法項目に絞ったエラー改善の指導，構成や論理を表すディスコースマーカーの指導，短い英文を繰り返し書かせる指導，海外に発信するエッセイの作成や発表の機会などがライティングの改善に貢献した可能性がある。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | A comparative analysis of the results of three writing tests administered to 162 students in the first and second semesters of a junior college English compulsory class revealed statistically significant improvements in many items for all proficiency groups. It is possible that the teaching of error correction focusing on specific grammatical items, the teaching of discourse markers for structure and logic, the teaching of repeated writing of short English sentences, and the opportunity to rite and present essays tobe sent overseas contributed to the improvement in writing. | |||||
