| 内容記述 | The times are shifting from industrial capitalism to post-industrial capitalism. There was a difference between wages and productivity in the times of industrial capitalism, and it was a source of profit. The construction of a big factory brought profit. Therefore, for the profit, the most important factor of production was the capital for investment. However, wages have risen, and the difference between wages and productivity has been lost.Therefore, a new profit source is becoming necessary. This is in the differentiation from other commodities. It is knowledge that produces the difference. Thus, for the profit acquisition, the most important factor of production has changed from capital to knowledge. That is, the human has become the most important factor of production. Such capitalism is called post-industrial capitalism. In the process of shifting to post-industrial capitalism, globalization and the IT revolution are continuing to advance. As a result, what kind of changes will happen in our economic society? This paper tries to investigate the possibility of changes. | |||||
